I'm thinking about buying a Mac, to complement my Windows PC.
If I buy a Mac version of BiaB, do I also have to buy all RealDrums and RealTracks again, or can I just copy the RealDrums and Realtracks folders from my Windows installation?

If you have the wav file version it will work but you have to rename Library folder to "MAC\bb\RealTracks\LibraryM" for holds to work. If you have the wma files you can batch convert them to m4a with FormatFactory and then you have to copy the STY XT2 ST2 files. That's what I had to do with MACBB 2012.5 don't know about 2013.

Alright! My realdrums are in wav, but my realtracks are in wma. Wouldn't it be better to convert everything to wav? I assume wma to m4a would affect the quality.

If you have the room for realtrack wav files sure.
There is something like Install- Restore decompress wav files from wma in the RealTracks Options in winBB.
