Hi, friends ! Have been occupied with singing covers lately and as one or two projects are on hold I decided to redo one of my songs from the 1992 record ! I am not particularly green, but somehow the lyrics just popped up back then ? SHE GOES AROUND http://app.box.com/s/c05tpkmafx1hise1s5wbRecorded on mixcraft 6. Style: BEACHCAR 60:s surf shuffle rock Instruments: Bass 34 Finger El Bass Piano 6 El piano Drums Realdrums Country Shuffle Guitar 26 AC guitar Strings GM2 54/1 Humming Soloist 51 Synth Strings 1 SHE GOES AROUND (by Dani) This world could be a better place if we only could slow down the pace in other case the human race will be loosin´it´s face in a shameful disgrace we have to think about a future though we live here today takin´care of Mother Nature in a much better way we have to think about tomorrow but we won´t be afraid ´cause the earth´s still goin´around she´ll go anyway she goes around oh, she goes around she goes around oooh, like a merry go round She has been spinnin´´round for years maybe millions or billions of years but on Her travel thru the space she has never before been so loaded with waste we have to think about a future though we live here today takin´care of Mother Nature in a much better way we have to think about tomorrow but we won´t be afraid ´cause the earth´s still goin´around she´ll go anyway She goes around oh, she goes around she goes around oooh, like a merry go round solo The human being tries to change everything that comes up within range It´s good to know how much we try Mother nature keep holding her course in the sky we have to think about a future though we live here today takin´care of Mother Nature in a much better way we have to think about tomorrow but we won´t be afraid ´cause the earth´s still goin´around she´ll go anyway She goes around oh, she goes around she goes around oooh, like a merry go round ©Dan Lindroos 1992

Dan, I really like this. It has a blend of jazz chords in the verse and a Beach Boy style chorus. Loved it. Super job on your vocal and the harmonies. Plus the mix is really good.
Exercise helps you with decision making. It's true. I went for a run this morning and decided I'm never going again!

Very sensitive lyrics, makes you stop and think. Interesting chord progressions - not surprising from you.

Now that is an excellent description!! Cool chords and harmonies. Very inventive production all the way. And we are particularly green so the lyric worked wonderfully for us. I call Janice "Earth Mama" what with her recycling, etc. Thanks for the chance to hear this one!
