Tried a new production slant on this. First, I sat down with an acoustic in the morning with my first cup of Joe and recorded an acoustic track in Real Band. (Along with a drum track.)
Once I liked it, I went back and plugged in the chords I had been playing (in Real Band). Then I exported to BIAB and found a backing style I liked. (Dire.) Then I altered that style to make a user style. Then I exported back to RB and sang and played a Telecaster part live that is actually playing slightly different chords than the RB tracks are playing (kind of a Police trick.)
