Ok, here is something totally different showing the electronica side of BIAB. We made use of both the midi and real track possibilities here.

https://soundcloud.com/david-snyder-gigs/shaky-ground

I wrote this with my electronica songwriting buddy Jon Healey who has a day job as a columnist for the LA Times. It is from an album we are putting out in the spring called Heaven Knows. The verse chorus structure is chaotic on purpose. I work in BIAB and Jon works in FL Studio, and we mash them together. I added the guitars on this one. Here is the BIAB bed. Have fun and expect weird.

Song: Shaky Ground
Style is ROKTRON1.STY (RockTronica 1 - bright dance gro)

David, this one has it all! The musical bed for this song is great - really cool use of the RockTronica style - awesome vocal as well! Tremendous effort - love everything about it.

Consider yourself resurrected... smile

Assuredly different. Our first reaction was wow that must
have taken a LOT of work. We have to admit that our knowledge
of electronica could be written on a postage stamp...but that
doesn't prevent recognizing a creative and well done
arrangement/production. The name of our CD is "All Over The Map"
and man would that also apply to you and your productions.

Very cool!

Immediately I was thinking: "are really you"?
In effect very different from usual but nice song. Your voice goes very well
with the background

I enjoyed the listening.

Very different, very cool David!! I see this as a film score song for some really intense scene. Very frenetic and textural. Enjoyed it. Very creative and original!! Take care. Greg

That is quite a high energy production. It should really rock and rumble on a big PA.

I thought it was a really good match for your vocals.

Enjoyed my listen.

Thanks Greg, as a matter of fact Jon and I do have the ear of some movie people...keep ya posted. Stay tuned. That is EXACTLY why we are writing in this genre. Film and t.v. man. My buddy Herb Hartley is inspiring me to get more involved in this scene.
