Best thing I ever did was sign up for that--14 songs in 28 days, and I've done 11 of them so far. All of my songs have been 100% BIAB, plus my vocals and lyrics. I guess it's designed so that you can write one song in every two days and hit the goal. I signed up for that a few years back.... and by the end of February.... I had written zero songs for it. Based on that experience I figured why bother in the ensuing years. But yes, I do understand the concept of writing all the time which is what this encourages. The magic you are looking for is in the work you are avoiding.

Marty, I'm a big cheater. I used Melodyne for the harmonies. What a great program! Between BIAB and Melodyne you can do almost anything!
