Don't follow your dreams. Or at least don't follow my dreams. Not literally. What meds are you on  I must say that you have one hell of a sense of humor. This is great. I really enjoyed this one and LOLed a couple of times. PS - Do not follow your dreams.
Exercise helps you with decision making. It's true. I went for a run this morning and decided I'm never going again!
