July 16, 2008 Congratulations to Victoria's Ian McDougall!

Ian McDougall was named to the Order of Canada for his contributions to classical and jazz music as a renowned trombonist and composer and as an innovative educator and mentor.

The Order of Canada was created in 1967 to recognize achievement and service in various fields and is the country's highest civilian honour for lifetime achievement.
