This song has a dreamy element to it that really suits the song -- and finding out that the chorus came from a dream I think makes it all make so much sense! Really great job. Thanks for sharing. Thanks Ember for your nice comment I'm glad you liked the "dreaminess" in my little song, actually now that you mentioned it, I could work on that idea further...but maybe I leave it for my next inspirational dream Janne

Hello Janne. This has a pretty melody. I wouldn't have minded hearing the original Finnish version. Over all good write and production. Rob Thanks Rob, I'm glad you liked the melody and production Here is the link to the original Finnish version Janne

Janne, Interesting write, both lyrically and musically. Clever use of phrasing. Loved the opening line "At Moomin World, after birding" (My wife is a huge fan of T.Jansson*). Please share Finnish version if you have that recorded. Thank you for posting. Misha. Thanks Misha for your kind comment And also big thanks for lyrical inspiration, you mentioned Moomin World in some earlier comment and it kind of pushed the translation forward - I thought that it would be cool to use that on the starting line, because there is at least one on this forum who knows the reference Link to the Finnish version is in the previous reply and also on this version's detail area in SoundCloud. Janne

Wow - I really enjoyed this one! Love the stripped down backing tracks and slow progression in the tune, and your vocal melodies are stunning. It flows smooth as butter, and has some really memorable moments. Thanks for sharing Thanks Deryk for your positive words Janne

Nicely eased into with the cello. The lyric is visual, original and evocative and I don't think much was lost in translation. Much enjoyed the listen.

I like that you started with the cello by itself for a few seconds before the other instruments came in. Nice effect. Beautiful chorus melody. Your instrumentation works well in this song. Refreshingly original lyrics. Thanks Ezekiel's Storm for your kind feedback Now with the new BIAB VST I cannot remove one bar from the lead-in (the cursor in VST would show incorrectly), I have to fill that with something else, so I usually repeat couple of bars from the intro and this time I choose only the cello section. I'm glad it worked for you Janne
