Greetings Forum Friends, I hope you are well and coping with Covid. We're doing Okay here. As election day fast approaches in the USA, I felt compelled to gather up a few of our patriotic songs and package them as an EP for publication. Distrokid should have it out to all the music outlets in a few days. So before it goes on sale, here's the free steaming link on Soundclick. We are America Now, before you all get political on me, the EP isn't for or against either party. It's for America and what we aspire to be. Whatever your leanings, I think you'll agree with message. Very patriotic indeed! Your song has a nice majestic quality---like a soaring eagle--and that organ aid with that feeling. I like the music interlude/transition at about 2:15.

Hope your music stirs people to wake up and be active participants. In my mind, you can't be patriotic if you cant take a side. There was a time where if the other side won, I felt as though it was the will of the people and that's the way democracy works. These days I feel democracy is on the ballet and the will of the people may no longer be relevant as we slide toward Fascism.

This is really a great song. It expressed patriotism without taking sides. Everything about this is spot on; excellent song.
I've accidentally swallowed a load of scrabble pieces. My next trip to the toilet could spell trouble.

Thanks for listening. This is our second EP. All four songs were previously released but I thought they went well together as a mini-album.
Ezekiel, I'm glad it communicated my meaning well.
Captain Moto, Thanks for seeing this as "genuine" patriotism. It is truly how I feel. Keep the faith.
Greg, Always good to hear from you. For me, Attitude is Everything. When I can keep positive, things work out for the best.
Mario, It was difficult to keep focused on the key messages in "We Are America" and "We're Better Than This" True patriotism is apolitical. A house divided will surely fall.
Work has been so consuming, I haven't had much time for writing and recording. I'm hoping to write one more before the holidays.
