You mean to say that by flexing my embouchure, it doesn't have any effect on the piano keys and the sound of the piano?
And so, all these years going through facial contortions hasn't done me any good?
That's just rotten.
Of course it does - ya gotta hold ya mouth right... ![](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif)

Same for guitar. Some notes ya just ain't gonna hit without ya hold your mouth right.

Can't wait to feed my grandson his first dill pickle.
I'm gonna video that for sure.
I can make some dandy faces trying to eat crisps/chips when my teeth are in the bathroom and I'm in the tv room.
Course no more chips, bacon and eggs, poutine....just me and the lipitor.
So far no major side effects.....

Hang in there, John.
I'll make a recommendation, although I've been very lax in following it myself, and that's going to get me in a load of trouble.
A 30 minute walk every day
The nice thing about my doc is he doesn't rant and rave about exercise. He just says 'you know you need to do it, you only have your health one time in life' and leaves the rest up to me.
Yeah, I hate coming home from work, all tired and stressed out, mentally, and then I have to go do something physical? Meh! But, he's right, and I know it, so I have to do it.
By the way, my BP was 140/80 yesterday, and I don't even want to know what my cholesterol was. Guess I really do need to hit that treadmill.
Gary
I'm blessed watching God do what He does best. I've had a few rough years, and I'm still not back to where I want to be, but I'm on the way and things are looking far better now than what they were!

Yep, the short walk every day is the apple.
Of course, if you choose to walk in some of the neighborhoods I have, then you may get an even more extensive workout, either running from the criminals or fightin' 'em...
Either way, great workout today.

You must have blood wine with gagh. One compliments the other perfectly. Just make sure you don't buy the stuff from a Ferrangie ![](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif) I've been taking lipitor for years and have had no side effects apart from the extra eye on my forehead ![](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif)
