Hi Frank. I had to open the JRRshop sales conformation email, click on 'check status of your order', log in, then click on view order that is on the right of the order number. There you will find your license number. I copied the number in a word doc.
That number was probably there after I ordered but I just clicked out of that page as most other purchases I have made these numbers were sent to me via email.
Note that site was either extremely busy and/or down last night. I couldn't get on. Now I have to find out how to DL the program on my internet computer then install it in my off line music computer.
