En kommende bruger har skrevet til mig og stillet følgende spørgsmål: 1) Hvad er prisen på BIAB 2) Kan man købe det i Danmark. 3) Skal man download det og selv brænd det på en skive, eller får man tilsendt en CD’er Man kan købe BIAB i alle større musikforretninger eller direkte fra importøren Indigo 2 ( http://www.indigo2.dk/ ) Man kan også downloade programmet direkte fra PGMusic: http://www.band-in-a-box.com/da/index.htmlDu kan vælge at downloade eller få tilsendt diske eller en USB harddisk med det hele på. Du skriver også, at du ikke er så god til engelsk. Det er ikke noget problem; der er danske menuer, dansk manual og hvis du har spørgsmål direkte til PG MUsic kan du også skrive på dansk. Da der findes flere versioner af BIAB alt efter hvor mange stilarter, Realdrums og Realinstruments der er med, synes jeg, at du skal besøge Indigo 2's hjemmeside (se ovenfor) samt PG Musics hjemmeside. Hej
Har købt BIAB 2009 MegaPak. og har fået en tilbage meldning pr. mail. hvor jeg kan download min bestilte software.
men jeg kan ikke download den 1. fil 'Band-in-a-Box 2009 MegaPak'
jeg får følgende meddelese:
Unable to find file
Place some footer info here
Er det muligt at alle filerne er pakket, minus videoerne, så man kun skal hente 1 fil, som man selv kan pakke ud,
det vil gøre det hele nemmer.

Du må regne med at du skal downloade rigtig mange filer, de er ikke pakket som en fil.
"Unable to find file
Place some footer info her" . Dv.s. "Ude af stand til at finde fil". Du mangler muligvis at give nogle oplysninger, men jeg kan ikke præcist fortælle dig hvilke. Hvis problemet fortsætter og du fortsat ikke kan hente filerne, kan du kontakte PgMusic support (på dansk) eller skriv i forummet.

Det er kun den første fil jeg ikke kan download, de andre var der ingen problem med,
har skrevet et par gange til PgMusik support, men de har ikke svaret på det spørgsmål.
Jeg ved ikke hvor længe man skal vente.

Der er altså ikke nogen der ser, hvad du laver. Du bliver nødt til at henvende dig. Generelt kan man sige at PgMusics service niveau er meget højt.
