J&B, Thanks for the kind comments. My uncle was a huge CW buff, and I guess I caught it from him. He even named one of his sons "Grant".  Regards, Bob Janice and I spent years researching the routes of Sherman's four corps through middle Georgia. It was fun and fruitful. If I were blessed with your narrative skills I'd write many more CW songs than I have. Enough blather...just came back for another listen. Bud
