Buonasera,
da quello che ho letto su questo sito, riguardo all'aggiornamento alla versione 2017 da qualsiasi altra versione precedente, al prezzo di 79$, non ho compreso bene alcune cose.
Alcuni anni fa ho acquistato la versione 2009.5 in italiano. A quel tempo non veniva fornito alcun numero seriale per l'installazione.
Se acquisto l'aggiornamento alla versione 2017, l'Installer riconoscerà automaticamente che sul mio pc è presente una versione originale di BIAB? Oppure l'aggiornamento dalla mia versione non è più possibile e quindi dovrò ricomprare il programma?
Qualcuno può aiutarmi?

a quanto ne so io, se la vecchia versione 2009.5 l'avevi acquistata direttamente dalla PgMusic, loro sicuramente hanno traccia del tuo acquisto e quindi ti venderanno volentieri la versione PRO a 79 $$ che, attenzione, è vero che è riservata a "Upgrade from 2016 or earlier or crossgrade", ma è comunque una versione FULL, e quindi non necessita di precedenti versioni installate per funzionare a dovere.
Il tuo è solo un problema di licenza, nel senso che devi dimostrare a PG di possedere la precedente versione, ma non necessiti di avere ancora la vecchia installata sul PC.
Tieni però conto che la versione PRO a quel prezzo non comprende tutte le Realtracks e Realdrums etc. delle versioni più complete.

Ho ritrovato le e-mail relative sia all'ordine che al pagamento tramite PayPal, pertanto posso documentare l'acquisto della vecchia versione.
Devo quindi scrivere a sales@pgmusic.com esprimendo il mio desiderio di acquistare l'aggiornamento alla versione 2017 allegando le 2 e-mail dell'ordine e del pagamento?

Ieri sera mi sono loggato ed ho acquistato l'aggiornamento.
Ho scaricato gli oltre 10 GB dei 7 files del programma, quindi li ho installati.
Durante tutta la procedura mai mi è stato richiesto di dimostrare l'acquisto di una versione precedente, probabilmente è bastato il login.
Ho scritto questo breve resoconto sperando sia utile a coloro che hanno qualche perplessità ad acquistare l'aggiornamento da versioni un po' datate, precedenti al 2014.
