open bandlab cakewalk and follow the tutorial video from pg music to the letter. and all ok as soon as i try to open another real track and generate...everything goes to pot.
i have to go into task manager to close down but i have noticed in my task manager it shows that band in a box application 32bit is open my my process column.
this is without me opening bbw, i only open bandlab and then open the bb daw as in the video.
any advice please. it all seems to go crazy when i try to add another track.
also in the image.. the yellow box is still showing saying its still generating the extra track i opened, this is after i have closed bandlab down .

rebuilt styles, songs and real tracks. win 10...amd a10 radeon r6 4c+6g 1.8ghz 64 bit hp envy biab 2023 with 1004 build. styles 1 to 429 plus extras 1,2,3,4 and 6. running as admin, cleaned up returned to factory settings.
That would be bbw4.exe that the BBvst uses to generate the tracks, It's a 32 bit app but will be made into a 64 bit app bbw5.exe and a 32 bit BBvst will be made for 32 bit OS that will use bbw4.exe

Hi paulpaul, As Pipeline said the 32 bit BB application is what that the plugin communicates with to generate tracks. Can you explain exactly what happens that caused your program to crash? Were you able to reproduce the issue? If you can provide me with any details of the steps you took it would help me in determining the issue. Thank you for the feedback!

heres what i do
open bandlab and follow the instructions from video upto the point of create instrument track and open the bb daw vst from this point on i click the select tab in the bb daw then i click the option to select style which opens the bb stylepickker window image 1 i then click "load song demo" this then opens the demo in the bb daw(image 2) then i click generate (i have also tried the option to generate individual tracks in the custom drop down)
image three then shows my generated tracks in the daw next i drag the master track blue box to bandlab this is all ok. i then click select/select real track in the bb daw which opens the real track picker ,pick a track (image 4) click ok
real track opens in bb daw i click the custom box to generate only the extra real track, i can only find the track in the custom/special track option. generation of extra track starts and the blue progress bar gets nearly to the end but never actually completes if i try to do anything else like just clicking anywhere, it goes to pot, i get the windows busy circle and i have to use task manager to shut down. ive even left it generating upto half hour.
i have tried this with various styles and various real tracks also tried generating individual tracks, everytime i try to open an extra track it goes to pot.this also happens in mixcraft 8 pro and tracktion t7.

YES same issue when I tried it in Win7. I first tried it in the Standalone and it all work fine, then in BandLab it goes to 90%+- and stays there but in the folder it has generated the wav file that is the same size as the Standalone and plays fine, BUT it did not generate the midi file that the Standalone did. used _12STACF Demo and and 2170 RT
Hi Paulpaul, the issue you are experiencing looks to be tied to another problem that I see which is that an extra RT is being generated on the second page of your track table. When I look at your 2 last pictures, I see that the last RT in your style (on page 1) is the same RT that is on page 2. This is a bug that we have been notified about and are currently investigating but it is leading to another error when you then try to add your own RT. I think Pipeline may have experienced this same issue based on the image that he uploaded. The latest version will be released today and should include some fixes which may help improve your experience. Please let me know if the problem persists. Thank you for the great feedback!
