Hi all,
Here's a french song called " Disembodiment ". Christian

https://soundcloud.com/christian-devienne/desincarnation

RD JazzSwingDanyBrushes
RT 1392 Acoustic Bass
RT 937 Acoustic Guitar
RT 939 Electric Guitar
RT 2798 Flugelhorn
RT 495 Trumpet

Here's a translation of the lyrics :

Above the city,
far from the vilest blows,
she evaporates.
As a need from elsewhere,
she dreams of a better world
until dawn!

Her inner light
sends her smoothly
out of her body.
Her mind is serene
and slides in a big bath
of comfort.

Nice work, Christian! Your baritone vocals pair with the smooth backing tracks perfectly. It flows really well, I almost get a smoky kind of vibe from it. You did a tremendous job with the mix too. Sounds very professional.

Thanks so much for sharing smile

Hi Stefan
I try each track to be complementary to the other looking for highlighting the melody.
Thanks for your comment.

Nice and smooth and slinky feeling....

Well sung with the perfect BiaB band...sound like a bunch of session guys you've worked with for years.

Very nice!

Thanks Jim, Ember, Peter, Janice and Bud !
I think the choice of complementary realtracks is the basis of a good musical arrangement. Christian

... and that is exactly how it feels. A nice, relaxing track... it almost begs for a glass of good red wine to be enjoyed when listening to it.
