Peter & Leon,
"The blues they don’t discriminate The blues don’t pick and choose Anyone can suffer, baby Anyone can have the blues"
HA! I like it.
The song was surprisingly upbeat sounding (for a Blues number). The horns are cool. Nice guitar work. A strong vocal.
It seem to go by quickly. So I cued it up again...
fj I think Floyd's right.....quite an upbeat blues tune.....not feeling so bad about feeling bad! Fun and catchy number!! Some sweet guitar licks from Peter!! Nice stuff guys! Take care. Greg Thanks Greg. Peter

This is quite the jaunty song. I was bopping my head along as I listened. Catchy chorus. And as always, the guitar work is primo. Thanks much appreciated. Peter

Blues with a super vocal and some very sweet guitar leads is something that I love. You guys nailed it! Super use of the horns as they were perfectly placed. The mix was great.
Thanks Mario Peter

Peter & Leon,
Very Pop! I like your blues songs. But I also like your song like this that hasn't blue notes or blues progressions. Enjoyed my listen a lot.
Best regards.

Peter and Leon ...
I always love it when a set of RTs appear to be an odd mix but a listen proves they're a great combination. Those kind of surprises put a smile on my face ... I'm always messing around with blended-genre tracks. Nicely done! Leon's vocals are spot on and peter never disappoints when he has six strings with which to work a little bit of his magic.
Wishing you both well and please be safe.
Alan

“Everybody can buckle under When it all gets to be too much Hearts are primed to burst asunder If never they feel that loving touch”
Great lines (of many).
And nicely delivered by Leon and that guy who sings a little.
Like Dave we found the outro to be cool and creative (I’m pretty sure we’ve heard that guitar guy before and we do like his dueling playing).
It's all capped off with a great band (love the horns) and a mix that makes it all sound like it was happening in the same room. Love the soundstage.
Another fine collab y’all!
J&B Too kind, appreciate all the comments, and look forward to our next collaboration. Peter

Hi Peter,
It's so 'optimistic to make that statement 'everyone can get the blues''. Sadly enough it is as true as a cow (that's what we say in my country). You made a very nice and also fun song on that topic. The trumpets in your song gave me an association with the Beatles, Sergeant Pepper.
Well done. It was an enjoyable listen!
Hans
