If your guitar is plugged into one side of the focusrite this would be the expected behavior. (meaning one cable going into one input jack on the focusrite)
What are you using for monitoring? Headphones from the Focusrite? Or thru DAW, or?
And which Focusrite interface? It makes a difference.
I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome
