Good write.

Then off to bed without a word
Or a kiss goodnight"

Great mix (as always). A great listen. Hot.

well, I was getting ready to say it reminded me of a mix of the Eagles and Santana, but the first two comments beat me to the punch. So, just to be ornery, I said it anyway.

Been away a long time, but when I do return for a listen, I never leave without finding something you've posted. You never disappoint. You have the gift that only comes from time spent in front of live audiences. All of your songs are home runs. I especially appreciate the fact that you play on most if not all of them.

I used to make an effort to comment in great detail about what I had just heard, but in your case, I found myself saying "wow that was awesome" so much that I guess I stopped listening analytically and just started listening for pleasure.

I've been in a bluesy mood lately, so this song really hit the mark for me. Thanks for posting. Good stuff.

It's a loud mix but that's fine - it suits it well.
Terrific vocal and guitar performances.
I did note, very early on, an ESS going a bit haywire but it didn't recur so I assume it was a oncer.
Excellent.
Ray I’m glad you liked it, Tom

Man, that Tele is SMOKING.

Great vocal and a killer lyric. You have a way of taking a common
love lost theme and presenting it in a fresh way -- quite the gift we say.

And as always the mix is a clinic in how to make it all work, i.e., the soundstage is perfect.

Worthy of many listens!

J&B
