Same Bar Same City a Few Beers Later A sequel to After Hours in the Big City. All tracks are basically first takes. There are a few warts in here but considering the title I decided to let them ride. BiaB style = Miles Slow Funk (Fusion) Tempo = 100 I deleted all but the drums; the drums are verbatim. I am playing everything else. Drums - various Steven Slate SSD5 drums Rhythm guitar - Casio MG510 - with wah wah straight into mixing board - fx- compression Lead guitar - Casio MG510 - fx-Amplitube 5 - preset - ping pong - compression B3 - B4II -preset - soul expression - via my keyboard controller Trumpet-Kontakt - preset - Screaming Trumpet - via my wind controller -fx Raum reverb - preset sports hall Alto sax - Swam - preset - alto sax - - via my wind controller -fx Raum reverb - preset sports hall Bass - Squire P-Bass - fx - compression Let me know how you liked or disliked this little jam.

I love it. Impressive how good and natural you got the trumpet and alto to sound. Yes, it sounds like a jam, but that is a good thing... it sounds like a live performance (which it somehow is...) Thanks a lot for sharing, Mario! Will

Sounds good! With a title like that, I would have expected the players to be a bit less... sober. I think the trumpet sounded better here than in the prior song. The balance of the horn section vs. the other instruments seemed to be a bit mismatched. Fun tune!

This is a different trumpet sound (screaming trumpet) than the last one (chapman trumpet). Note that the sax and trumpet players were drunker then the others and were pegging the mix needle on this one. I'll have a talk with them. Thanx for bringing that up.

quite an accomplishment to play everything and do it so well! My hat's off to you Mario.
Regarding the mention of any warts: you set it up pretty well. These guys have been up all night and had (WHO knows how many?) beers... I'm impressed. They must be pros.

I barely drink but I'd up it to a fifth a day if I could play ONE of these tracks much less the whole damn tune.
A lotta tech and talent.
Cool.
