Is anyone using this combination? I set it up as instructed, minus the midi plugin which they say not to use. When I connect to Logic it sort of works ok. I found that if I hold down the track and cycle buttons then connect the usb cable it works fine, but the two track buttons do not work.

I finally got this working properly when they updated the software, even though the old software was listed as M1 compatible. If anyone else is having problems you need this software. KontrolEditor_209.dmg and nanoKONTROL2_CSPlugin_0101.dmg.

Hi,
I have 13.0.1 running on Macbook Pro M1/2021. I installed the Korg editor; it recognizes the nanokontrol2. I installed the plugin and rebooted. It doesn't work even though I followed all installation instructions to the letter. Most interestingly, the Korg instructions illustrations show the Version field being 1.0.3 in the "Control Surface Setup"; in my case the Verions field is "unknown".
I would appreciate any suggestions on what to try next.
Thank you!

Around 6 weeks after finally getting the Nano working, Logic Pro X stopped seeing it. I tried just about everything to sort it with no success at all. I finally gave up with the Nano when I purchased a M-Audio Oxygen 49 and did it all from that.

BTW, if I use a USB cable that is too long my MBP cannot see the nanokontrol. Perhaps that was the reason it could not see it. I finally got the nanokontrol2 working. I followed the steps outlined here: fix to the letter. I run LPX 10.7.5. The nanokontrol shows up under control surfaces automatically. Just ignored proceeded to add the Mackie. Here are the Mackie Ports: https://imgur.com/a/D3DjcXJAnd here are the nanokontrol2 ports: https://imgur.com/3L3mknpI do not know that it matters that there are two devices with the same input and output port; it works.
