I was going over the sounds in BIAB 2022 realtracks and came across this and the writing bug hit me, and it reminded me of 60s Motown, like the Temptations, Lou Rawls, and such. While not your regular style, it's certainly one that you sound quite familiar with! And lyrically... well, not really that far out of your wheelhouse.  As usual, solidly musical and fun to listen to. Well sung!

Great job of capturing that Motown styling in the writing - especially the melody.
The BAND works.
On my speakers, the vocal seems a little "crispy". Rolling off some of the high-end EQ would give it a bit of "warmth". The vocal is really clear (so it doesn't "need" that high end for clarity).
I like that you are experimenting...

Getting used to a condenser mic, it is a bit crispier than the SM 58 I've been using!!
