Always pleasure to listen to your smooth, melancholy pop songs with an excellent, skillful arrangement. Besides the super sounding strings, there is also very nice addition of trumpet/trombones. Very well mixed, I really like how the bass plays and sounds. I do like also the solo guitar, very good selection. And top of all that, the talented lady sings beautifully.

Shigeki,

You always do such great work putting a tune together . . . this is no exception . . . a wonderful production with a great vocal, which as always makes me wish I could understand the lyrics in their natural language (though the translation is helpful). Lovely to listen to. The strings are excellent—no surprise there—and I liked the solo a lot as well. Terrific tune!

All my best to you,

Deej

Cinematic!

Happy New Year, Shigeki, and you’ve started off the year with a lovely composition.

So often with your music we feel like it should be part of a movie soundtrack. Your productions are exquisite and your vocalists are always superb.

Enjoyed it!

Janice & Bud,

Thank you very much for taking the time to listen and comment.
I am really glad you like this tune and Natsuki's vocal.
When I was young, I listened to Burt Bacharach, Michel Legrand, Ennio Morricone and so on all the time.
Maybe that's why you feel movie soundtracks in my music.
I am always very encouraged by your kind words.

Best regards.

Hi Shigeki,

Now this is class!

Tune - excellent
Vocals - spot on.
Instrumentation - perfect - I loved the middle eight and the guitar lead break - the perfect place.

Mix - wonderful.

Congratulations.

Best Regards
Nigel

Shigeki

Lovely tune, beautiful arrangement, and excellent vocal.

The strings are superb, and the song does have a Bacharach feel.

Professional in all respects.

For me there’s no better place in the band than to have one leg in the harmony world and the other in the percussive. Thank you Paul Tutmarc and Leo Fender.

While everything you produce is outstanding, one of the most impressive part of the content is the strings arrangements. They are always brilliant, never too much out front, never too far away, always melodic. This song exemplifies that once again.
