You've got a great voice for this style, Nigel. And I thought the guitar was great. Great production and arrangements, really liked those breaks - a real toe-tapper.

Nigel
Very effective use of stops, and I don't think I've heard the Oliver Gannon tracks in a blues (or any) context.
Nicely done all round.

FUN!!!!!!!!!!! You're so good at this stuff, and one can hear you enjoying recording the song ... there is the ever so subtle trace of a smile and a grin on some of your intakes of breath - which is wonderful! :-) It shows you're having fun, as much as the listener is having fun listening. Bravo - a real pro at work, imo

Sounds great. I got a Nat King Cole vibe from this one. You always do professional sounding songs. Great vocal, great blend of RTS and mix.
Unclear if the pianist is a total beginner or a professional jazz player?

Hi Musician17,
Thanks for your comments - well spotted with the breaths in the last verse - I've got rid of them.

Nigel,
You always do great work . . . and no exception here. Clean, crisp mix . . . love those little bass runs that you’ve featured. The guitar solo fits the tune perfectly. The vocal works equally well. It all comes together . . . Excellent work!
All my best to you,
Deej

Nigel,
It's a really fun performance. I feel like I'm in some jazz club. The vocals are great and the guitars are great too. It's really like listening to a live performance. Enjoyed my listen a lot.
Best regards.

Man I can say top shelf, high quality and pro all the way. Great job.
https://soundcloud.com/user-646279677BiaB 2025 Windows For me there’s no better place in the band than to have one leg in the harmony world and the other in the percussive. Thank you Paul Tutmarc and Leo Fender.
