Whoa Bud! Man, my hat is off to you man. Peter and Janice knocked this one right out of the park. They both did a fantastic job on this song and your production brought out the best in it. The overall song is simply captivating, everybody shined - and you let it be heard! Thanks for letting us listen!

Peter's opening guitar (sooo good) sets the tone. I like the walk down at the end of the later solo.
Sultry bluesy vocal is tops.
Mix sounds perfect to me.
And we have another winner...

Man, those opening notes from Peter's guitar are killer --actually that was just the first sign of his continuous slaying. Then Janice comes in to show how sad she is about it all. Love those tasteful harmonies. Man, you guys are so darn good with Blues that I had to go back into your old songs to believe you were ever Bluegrass. And, YEP, you were outstanding there, too. What a great Bluesy intro! The lead vocal by Janice immediately grabs the listeners attention and holds throughout! Love the guitar work throughout!
That rhythm bed is so solid and not overdone, it perfectly supports the vocal and guitar work! Production is super clean and easy to listen to!

Janice, you are always on your best in these kind of songs (and all other kind of songs too).
And especially when mean men mistreated you (in the lyrics...)

This is absolutely outstanding. Superb vocal by Janice, great guitar lines by Peter and spectacular production.
Production wise, there is so much going on here, but it feels seamless and tight. A high-bar achievement.

Trying to catch up on my listens after a break from the board . . . glad I stumbled upon this one. Not sure I can add to the accolades above . . . but wholeheartedly concur on each of them. Smoking guitar, steamy vocal and absolutely wonderful BGVs. Slick production . . . just outstanding!!

Love the guitar work and the way the guitar and vocals work around each other! Great mix putting everything in it's place to get the most out of every instrument and note! Mornin' J&B&P.... This is a very cool song. Peters axe work is typically smooth & soulful....just like all the vox. Love those subtle BGVs. Of course, I'd echo all other comments. Very well done!

as an idea hearing the song again i would love to hear later on in the song janice singing voc doubles..

Well, you know I love this! Nothing better than slow blues done well in my book.
Janice of course is magnificent, such great tone and phrasing. And the BGV's are quite different than what you would normally hear in a blues tune, very creative.
Peter is always on the money, great chops.
Mix is sounding good as per usual, Bud!
