For me there’s no better place in the band than to have one leg in the harmony world and the other in the percussive. Thank you Paul Tutmarc and Leo Fender.

Sounds good to me. Maybe a couple of howls on the lead would be a nice touch.

Tasty work from you 3, presented through a nice and open mix.

Many thanks for the listen Vic.
And I guess "great minds" do think alike smile
I considered sprinkling a wolf howl here and there but thought it would be too distracting; maybe next time.

Hey DC, thanks for the positive feedback.
I'm a slow learner, but I think I might be grasping how to keep it moving forward. My tendency is to dwell [too long] on phrases I like.

Bass Thumper (and all):

Really nice collaboration . . . smooth and engaging out of the gate, nice rhythmic beat that carries the tune along. Well done lead guitar. Production seems stellar to me on all fronts. Quite excellent!

My best to you all,

Deej

Fun track, Steve, and I really dig the bass. Excellent timing and touch. Fun bouncy feel, and interesting changes. The tone Randy got on his Tele is perfect. I like the use of the strings, which I never would've thought of for this piece. John surely has some good rhythm and adds so much to the whole. Loved it.

Enjoy whatever happens!

It's very good, nice sound. Personally I would have tried to put a melody or something that stands out above the accompaniment but it's great work. This reminds me a bit of Chris Rea.

Cool laidback groove, nice chord progression and smooth band, strings are pleasantly varied. The lead guitar melody takes to a flight over a vast forest scenery, I can imagine a lonely wolf running along the road. Nice collaboration, wish to hear another one.

Sounds good - nice and balanced and the bass and drums are holding down the groove.

I enjoyed the listen. laugh

The fun bouncy vibe and nice performances made for a great listen.
It's very cinematic and easy to conjure up imagery (a good thing for instrumentals).

The mix is nice and open and has very good dynamics ... all of which sounds excellent on our monitors.

Enjoyed it!

It sounds like the backing track for a song sung by a lady with with a silky, dry, jazzy voice, someone like Astrud Gilberto.

GOOD ONE.
An insistent bass line with just the right amount of variation to avoid disco.
Cool guitar tones.
Well done fellows.

Loved the vibe on this one, also the ins and outs of the strings background. Good fit for a non Jazz piece.
