Really excellent. The hook is so catchy, the lyrics are brilliant, the singing is top notch, with great harmonies. Should be on the radio. Well done.

Just perfect. Really enjoyed everything you've done here. Great song, killer vocals, tasteful production. Superb! Oh, and I met and married Mrs DC Ron "somewhere south of Savannah", so there's that. Ha!

Tom,
This is excellent - love the feel of this. I hear a hint of Levon Helm in your voice and performance. Very cool.
Loved it!

Tom,
WOW. Killer tracks and an AMAZING Mix. Your mixes come through the speakers like NOBODY else (here). Truly a Pro sound. I want to look over your shoulder and see how you manage that. It is Something Special.
A very good write. Nice vocals and harmonies. Good musical lead.
"Somewhere south of Savannah I heard the same old song" LOVE the hook/title AND the alliteration...
A great listen.

I love everything about this song, the guitar lick at the beginning captivates me and your vocals never let me go. Pretty good mix, although I personally think the drums in the choruses are a bit too bright. But overall the production is really good. Well done!

COOK'N! An amped up J.J.Cale or something like that. LOUD but nothing's too loud or out of place. From your list I assume you played bass on this as well. Ace Bass...great tone for the song - stands up and holds its own. Cool on all sorts of levels - the vocals - POIFEK t.
Cheers rayc "What's so funny about peace, love & understanding?" - N.Lowe

Such a good mix. Tom. Man, I love the melody and the harmony. This sweet song from south of Savanna sounds super sensation. Dang, what a good hook you got there, sir. Pro sound start to finish.

Tommy, love the dynamics on this one. Great vocal and guitar licks. Mixed like it is from a pro studio. Outstanding groove with a surprise ending.

Love that lick that opens the song. Awesome sound. The song was enjoyable to just sit back and absorb the experience. Darn good.
