I won't change the official folder. Then, even if I used the official LOOP, the problem mentioned above still occurred. I also recorded a video and posted it above.
Check to see if your custom loops have bt1 or bt6 files in the same folder - they should. If not, perhaps it is an issue with the wave file format. Also, double-check you are running 1109.
I'm not sure what the issue is with the 'normal' loops, even though I watched your video - can't explain that...
I didn't say change the folder I said copy some of those loops to the ROOT folder and name them Loop01.wav Loop02.wav It's not a hard thing to try to rule out any filename path issues.

ok. I put it in the root directory, but it still doesn't work. BIAB cannot generate LOOP.
17 messages including 6 with videos for something that doesn't matter ! What if it had mattered ? How much ? Fortunately you don't have much time to devote to Biab.
It doesn't matter to you or me but to some it may be an important part of their workflow. Plus if it is supposed to work then it should work.
I've accidentally swallowed a load of scrabble pieces. My next trip to the toilet could spell trouble.
64 bit Win 10 Pro, the latest BiaB/RB, Roland Octa-Capture audio interface, a ton of software/hardware
Do the loops work in the BB VST in Studio One ? Studio One should handle loops natively shouldn't it ? You just need to wait until it's fixed, as I said they are probably all working on the Mac version now. Necessity is the mother of invention that's why I use Reaper from years of frustration with Biab/RB I was forced to it, as I can script something the same day to do what I need, so the sooner I get the tracks out of Biab the more control I have. Studio One NEEDS to openly release all the scripting info rather than having to have CIA clearance to access it. I was having issues with Biab not being able to change loops at any bar in the past so I made a script to do it in Reaper:
I added and removed Loops to the Loops folder and they did not show even after a restart, BUT when I went to the Styles Tab and did a rebuild of Styles and RealTracks they all showed up so maybe try a rebuild.
That's exactly it, I also added various and varied loops and after rebuilding the styles they are widely usable. Logical as we know that the reconstruction verifies the RT and RD. So also the loops.
