When printing a song with note based lyrics (to either printer or print-to-pdf) I frequently get the lyric from last note of previous line measure showing up at beginning of next line. I have tried to work around this for years, but then noticed that this doesn't occur in the print preview, which leads me to suspect that there is a bug in the print routines.
I'm running Windows 10 64 bit, Band-in-a-Box Windows Version 2024 (1113) 32 and 64 bit applications.
I've attached an example of clipboard copy of print preview and a jpg of print to pdf. The disparity is on the sixth line where "to" from end of 5th line is repeated.

It looks like you might have an extra "to" that shoudln't be there added to the lyrics. For me, this usually occurs if I change the note timing in the melody by dragging it to a new location. When I do that, I sometimes forget that lyrics to not drag with the note.
To double-check if this is and additional "to", select "Edit >> Lyrics >> Edit note-based lyrics as Event List".
I'm not sure if you're familiar with the lyrics event- list but lyrics are listed by position using the 'bar:beat:ticks' format (where 120 ticks = 1 beat). The "to" in "you seem to" is the fourth beat of bar 20. In the event list, this would have the position locator of 20:4:000. If there is an extra "to" lurking around, it will be after this one.
There is no extra "to". I've checked the lyrics events. My point is that it's not in the print preview (which I've copied to the clipboard and pasted into the attached jpg file), only in the printed output.
This happens frequently. My work around has been to fix where this happens by moving the offending word to the previous note and deleting the original, or even editing the print-to-pdf file with Adobe acrobat, but I'm convinced this is due to a anomaly in the print routine. Else what's the purpose of a print Preview
I'm trying to bring this issue to the attention of pgmusic programmers.
