There is a column in the picker called EVSW .
Can anyone explain how to use this ?

I have auditioned various styles with different EV8, EV16,SW8,SW16 it is not clear to mean what his means
Are there any good style examples for each category to help me understand what this all about ?

Thanks

EV = the rhythm is based on notes that have an evenly spaced time
EV8 = the instruments and drums use an evenly spaced time based on 1/8th notes.
EV16 = the instruments and drums use an evenly spaced time based on 1/16th notes.

SW = styles based on a swing feel
SW8 = the instruments and drums have a swing feel based on 1/8th triplets.
SW16 = the instruments and drums have a swing feel based on 1/16th triplets.

Generally, EV styles and SW styles do not mix too well. If you have a drum beat that is an EV style, it's best to choose instruments that are EV styles. Likewise, if you have a drum beat that's a SW style, it's best that the instruments also are SW styles.

Correct. I would go a step further and say that some SW8 and SW16 RealTracks don't always work well together, however most EV8 and EV16 will play nicely. As always, let your ears be the guide.

Not mentioned above is the terms swing and shuffle may sometimes be used interchangeably. As can be seen in +++ THIS +++ Youtube video swing is when the beat lengthens and shortens within a measure or bar.

The +++ Play With Your Music Theory +++ video series is an entertaining and easy way to learn music theory basics and some of the terminology you'll encounter in Band-in-a-Box or other music programs. There are seven videos with lengths varying from 7 to 13 minutes.
