if one reads this thread it seems some people have problems with some of the piano rt's not being up to snuff.

and i agree i sometimes find the same with some pg rt's. ie ok for demoing rough ideas but maybe not for serious final efforts.
for me i am rather partial partial to vancouver piano rt however.
and, in fact for my pretty girl song in my sig i used for the song middle solo a piano rt that seemed to fit. but maybe others might disagree.

for me...if i dont have to muck around with VI plugins...i'm happy.
VI's place an extra load on a pc. there are some very good free and paid VI's out there but i would FAR PREFER to use pg rt's if i can. also lets consider users useing crummy old pc's.
but often loading up a pc with lots of vi's on lots of song tracks can realise problems. eg 'stuttering' etc.

in summary i would respectfully suggest pg update the piano rt's with some piano rt's that kick some serious 'A' in various genres eg rock/classical etc etc.
the advantage being less pc resource useage PLUS user cost saveings.
plus saveing users time searching on the net and testing out VI's etc.
its sorta like...lol...if youve found a fav restaurant to eat at you likely wont bother trying another....or in my case i drive an old toyota that works great
and is paid for so i dont bother trying out new cars.

i rather like classical pianos myself like bosendorfer.
