I have just re-acquired BiaB (after many years away from it) and attempted to DL onto my Mac.
Everything seemed to work -- I granted disk access as requested etc. The DL URl worked. But when the DL actually starts, it immediately pauses itself with the message "Interrupted." If I press the button which now reads "Resume" it immediately returns to Paused and "Interrupted." There doesn't seem to be much of a clue as to what this means.
A clue would be welcome :-)

Hello Tazling, Welcome to the forum. Are you using the latest version of the Mac Install Manager, V1.0.79? You can verify the version by navigating to "Help" and selecting "About". You can download it +++ HERE +++ . Are you downloading the files to external media like an external hard drive, SD card or USB memory stick? You maybe experiencing a USB bottleneck where the computer is having to wait to use the USB connection and the download is timing out. Is the Install Manager downloading and installing at the same time? Here again there maybe a bottleneck causing a timeout. Try first downloading all the files and then installing.

Have the same Problem. Every time I try to download an install package I get the error message "interrupted".
The Problem is new. I've never had this problem before.
I have now updated to the latest version of the Mac Install Manager, V1.0.79. The problem still occurs.

Could it be a problem with the PG Music site's certificate?

That's strange, there haven't been any recent changes to the Mac Install Manager or Installer packages. What OS are you on? Zip your log files and send to webmaster@pgmusic.com and I will take a look. Maybe there will be a clue there. To find the log, go to the help menu and click View logs in Finder. Zip all the files in there, or at least main.log, and send as an email attachment.

OS is Mojave, 10.14.6
I tried downloading the package manually. I received a message that the website's certificate was not trustworthy. I ignored this warning.
The download worked. After the download I shift the package in the BB Download Folder. After this I was able to install the package using the Install Manager.
May there is a problem with the Certificate.
I will send the logs to the webmaster for troubleshooting.

Thanks - I can't duplicate this so far - if anybody else has this problem, please tell me what OS you have and send your log files.

We've identified and fixed this problem, which might have started occurring recently on some older systems - e.g. Catalina and earlier. Please let me know if anybody encounters this still. The symptom would be the download immediately showing as interrupted when clicked.
