Hello everyone and of course also a very happy new year 2025,
Here is my concern,
I have just acquired Band in box audiophile version 2024 on hdd support for Windows,
I am starting to understand (a little) how it works because I knew band in box about 20 years ago and I admit that at the beginning I was a little lost given the number of functions.
So I have the Hdd version but I would like to install on my internal hard drive (laptop) the problem is that when I launch the Setup install "band in box and realband 2024 including Daw plugin, Realtrack files,
Below there are the following options (check boxes)
-HI-Instruments for Sforzando
-Playable Réaltracks set 1 for Sforzando
-Playable Réaltracks set 2 for Sforzando
-Playable Réaltracks set 3 for Sforzando
Here is the problem that happens:
Unable to execute file:
E:\PgMusic\Installers\bandiabox_realband_setup.exe
CreateProcess; code 2.
The specified file is not found.
I only have the choice to validate with (ok)
I specify that I have the error message (code 2) for all the selected options (Sforzando 1,2,3)
Then it asks me to confirm "finnish"
I of course tried to install without the options but the result is the same...
I think that by mistake I must have moved this file without paying attention, I tried to put it back in the folder E:\bb\Data\installers it gives me the same error message, I also tried to move it to the root of the External HDD provided when purchasing nothing works.
Could someone help me solve this problem?
Is there a way to restore the hard drive to its original state after purchase? (in case of possible problems of the same kind in the future?

I have the same problem with E:(dedicated Hdd) PGMusic/Programs/Installers/bandinbox_realband_setup
When I run the installation Here is what it returns me:
It seems that the Band in Box installation file is not correctly located on the Pg Music hard drive. Maybe you moved the file or changed some folder names on the hard drive.
Band in Box should be located on the hard drive in \bb and Realband should be located in \Realband.
At first I thought I had moved the executable to another folder by mistake and in the end following the problem encountered and described in the previous post I don't think I made a mistake...
They tell me to contact Us support but maybe someone here has already encountered this type of problem?
Any help and/or suggestions would be welcome.
