The idea is to unify look and feel for different tools. I believe tabbed panel is a way to go. As the concept already is there. Each "tab" should be detachable, to become it's own "free floating" entity. There are a few wish candidates for this type of approach. I made a mock for Bar settings with a couple of other suggestions. Also, current navigator becomes pretty useless after certain amount of bars are reached. I believe the number is about 100.
