Please let me know if this currently exists, but I don't think it does...
There are, of course, many choices when it comes to jazz acoustic bass RTs that include the 8th-note triplet based halfnote feel, i.e., where 1 or two 8th-note pick-ups from the previous beat's triplet are occasionally played prior to the halfnote downbeat.
I am looking for a 60bpm jazz acoustic bass RT that includes a halfnote feel but with preceding 16th note triplet pickups. The goal is a doubletime halfnote feel at 60bpm..
Yes, I know I can get this 16th notes by doubletiming one of the existing 8th-note based RTs, but then I loose the halfnote feel as these become qtrnotes when doubletimed and so is not satisfactory.
Please have Neil Swainson lay this down.

Focusing in on the bass in the first and second "A" sections...
Drums are playing doubletime, so this is actually around 60bpm. Bass is playing predominately halfnotes (some qtrs mixed in) but with predominately 16th note pickups (with a few 8th note pickup here and there.
I've specifically mentioned bass here as this is, for me, the most noticeable, but the more I listen, I think this sound also needs the piano riffing with the 16th note pickup feel as well.
