Подскажите, пожалуйста. Это 100% русифицированные версии?
Если да, то имеется ли русская справочная система, русский мануал 2010.5 в формате PDF, а так же печатная (типографская) инструкция на русском языке.
Это решающие вопросы для приобретения!

И еще вопрос. Работают ли на русском языке служба поддержки и справочная support@pgmusic.com sales@pgmusic.com.

Доброго времени суток!
Band-in-a-Box, начиная с версии 2005, переводится на русский язык полностью, включая справочную систему и руководство пользователя. Руководство пользователя и дополнение к нему (для "промежуточных" версий ".5", к которым относится, в частности, версия 2010.5), поставляются в формате PDF. В "коробочные" комплекты должны входить печатные версии обоих указанных документов, однако для полной уверенности все же лучше уточнить это непосредественно в службе продаж (sales@pgmusic.com).
И служба технической поддержки, и служба продаж принимают от пользователей вопросы на русском языке, только до получения пользователем ответа в этом случае пройдет немного больше времени, чем при направлении вопросов на английском языке, что связано с необходимостью перевода сначала вопроса с русского на английский язык, а затем ответа - с английского языка на русский.
Что касается RealBand, то у этой программы на русский язык пока что переводится только интерфейс (включая всплывающие подсказки), а справочная система и руководство пользователя будут на английском языке.

Здравствуйте. У меня такой вопрос. На работе стоит компьютер Мас. Хотим заказать самую последнюю и полную версию BIAB со всеми плагинами. Где-то читал, что должны прислать USB девайс на 1.5 ТБ. Вопрос такой, для Мас компьютеров есть BIAB русифицированый? Сколько это будет стоить, и как заказть? Спасибо.
