The vocal is lovely and the student performances were beautiful.

Your additions, the arrangement and the mix are outstanding.

And the lyric is perfect.

No doubt this composition took a lot of thought and effort.
Every minute of it was worth it.

Merry Christmas!

Perfect music for a Christmas night! Such a gentle song, not pretentious like many festive songs, but with a real feel and true emotions, excellent sentimental lyrics. The vocalist is superb with beautiful, expressive and skillful voice. And the string orchestra is true pleasure to listen to, it sounds professional, far away from amateurish in my ears. Oboe is one of the most beautiful sounding instruments and they way you have used it here is very touching. Fantastic work in every detail smile

Great job, Shigeki, I especially loved that bridge. You are a master, without a doubt.

Your talent seems to know no limit. As I listened to this, I kept thinking just how amazing it is that you can take a recording from 25 years ago and use it as the basis of such and amazing piece of music. Takako's vocals are outstanding. Honestly, the talented people that surround you (and this includes you) are incredible. Since the strings were recorded so long ago, it seems to me that music has always been a valuable part of you life.

I thoroughly enjoyed listening. Whenever I hear your music, it inspires me to be a better composer and arranger.

All the very best,
--Noel

I am really glad you like this tune, vocalist and my arrangement.
I am grateful to my wonderful teacher (who passed away four years ago) for the rigorous guidance I received from him at the Yamaha composition and arrangement class during my university days, which proved really useful to me later in my life.
I am always very encouraged by your kind words.

Best regards.
